Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive disabilities.
Our goal
We work to make this site meet the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
What we do
- The whole site can be used with a keyboard, without a mouse.
- Headings, links and forms are marked up so screen readers announce them correctly.
- Images have alternative text describing what they show.
- We keep strong contrast between text and background, and text can be enlarged in the browser without losing information.
- If you turn on your device's reduce-motion setting, the site doesn't show animations.
- All content is available in English and Spanish.
Known limitations
Some links go to other companies' sites, such as insurance companies' payment and claims portals, the instant auto quote, HealthSherpa or Google Forms. We don't control the accessibility of those sites. If you have trouble with any of them, call us and we'll complete the task with you.
